What does “Learn, Apply, Share” mean?

How did a dozen disciples change human history? By learning and applying what Jesus taught and then teaching others to do the same. They became disciples and then they made disciples, like Ezra before them who “set his heart to study the law of the Lord and to practice it, and to teach His statutes and ordinances in Israel” (Ezra 7:10).

We are simply following God’s Biblical playbook by encouraging believers to first learn about God’s will for Christian unity, then to apply [obey] it in their own lives and relationships, and then to share God’s will with others so that they might learn, apply, and share it as well. This is how God changes the body of Christ: by transforming believers who learn and apply His truth and then using them to transform their fellow believers in the same way. In this way we pray God will unite His people one by one to bring peace to His household and from there to the world around them.
