Occasionally, books can be damaged in the shipping process. We work hard to package things carefully in order to minimize any potential damage, but if it happens, we want to make it right. Get in touch with us through the contact page and let us know what went wrong. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible. Because eBooks and audiobooks are delivered digitally, they cannot be returned.
